Qualifications for Licensure - Equivalency of Foreign School Education

Under Subsection 58-11a-302(23), an applicant may demonstrate the educational equivalency of the applicant's foreign school education by submitting to the Division: (1) an education or credential evaluation from an evaluator listed on the Division's website at https://dopl.utah.gov/cosmetology/; or (2) other evidence that is satisfactory to the Division in collaboration with the Board.
