PURPOSE

0240-2-8-.01 PURPOSE.
(1) The purpose of this rule is to effectuate the provisions of T.C.A. §49-7-114 which require that all persons who must register for the federal draft pursuant to 50 U.S.C. App. Section 453, must do so prior to becoming eligible for enrollment in any institution of post-secondary education. This rule shall apply to those institutions and schools governed by the Tennessee Board of Regents.
