Purpose

These rules establish the process for agencies to acquire and to sell, transfer, exchange or otherwise dispose of interests in real property. These rules also establish procedures for the operation of the Public Lands Advisory Committee (PLAC) and reimbursement of the costs incurred in carrying out the Clearinghouse Process and maintaining the State Land Inventory System (SLIS).
