Purpose

153-X-1-.01 Purpose. The purpose of these Rules and Regulations (“rules”) is to set specific requirements for professional bail companies and professional surety companies, professional bondsmen, professional surety bondsmen, and recovery agents engaged in the bail bond business in this state pursuant to the Alabama Bail Bond Regulatory Act, Chapter 13 of Title 15, Code of Ala. 1975.
