Purpose

105-X-1-.01 Purpose. Under the provisions of Code of Ala. 1975, §2-7-31, the Special Awards Committee for Fairs shall establish the standards and criteria by which eligible fairs shall be judged. This chapter sets out those areas that will be judged and the possible scores for each area. It also further defines those areas of exhibits entitled to state aid under §2-7-24 above.
