Purpose

80-10-17-.01 Purpose. The purpose of this Chapter as set out in Code of Ala. 1975, §2-19-135, is for the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries to adopt the following regulations approved by the Alabama Boll Weevil Eradication Foundation, Inc., to further the collection of assessments and penalties

levied against cotton growers for the purpose of the eradication of boll weevils in cotton within the State of Alabama. Author: Robert J.
