Purpose

80-3-15-.01 Purpose. Under authority of Act No. 474 (S. 204) of the Legislature of 1945 authorizing a program in accordance with the National Poultry Improvement Plan of the United States Department of Agriculture and to fix the amount of fees for services rendered to poultrymen for control and eradication of poultry diseases, the following regulations relating to fees and charges are hereby approved by the State Board of Agriculture and Industries.
