12–605.8. Purchase Orders. A. Description: Purchase orders for goods and services paid for by the municipality, or for goods and services yet to be delivered to the municipality. Information includes quantity, commodity, service unit, price, total price, number, page number, name of company or business, address, date, item number, delivery location, total items, and signature of purchasing agent.
