Purchase of sealed tickets

(a) Permittees shall only purchase sealed tickets from a sealed ticket game products distributor at a cost which is equal to ten percent (10%) of their resale value. (b) The discontinuation of a sealed ticket game shall not affect the ability of any person to claim a prize, provided such person purchased a sealed ticket prior to the effective date of the discontinuation of such game.
