1.10.8.9 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: A state employee providing the services specified in this rule is prohibited from: A. seeking to influence the political preference or party registration of a person registering to vote; B. displaying any political preference or party allegiance; C. making any statement to a person registering to vote or taking any action the purpose or effect of which is to discourage a person from registering to vote; D. making any statement to a person registering to vote or taking any action the purpose or effect of which is to lead the person to believe that a decision to register or not to register has any bearing on the availability of services or benefits; E. seeking or inducing any person to register to vote in any particular manner; F. revealing the office at which a person registered to vote; and G. revealing any information on voter registration or declination of voter registration for any purpose other than voter registration purposes.
