012 PROGRAM EVALUATION 012.01 Evaluation of the use of the funds and the evidence of effectiveness of the programs shall be completed, specifically whether program participants enrolled in the funded programs have achieved a successful outcome. 012.02 Evaluation of the Program will be used to ensure ongoing alignment with evidence-based practices. A plan for ongoing evaluation of programs shall be developed by an evaluation party and the Commission.
