10:02:05:12. Procurement of EPA registered antimicrobial products. Any disinfectant, disinfecting cleaner, sanitizer, or any other antimicrobial product regulated by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (7 U.S.C. Sec. 136 et seq.), as amended to January 1, 2010, and registered by the EPA, may be purchased if the use is necessary to protect public health and if the use is in accordance with responsible cleaning procedure requirements.
