(a) Unless a licensee provides the privacy notices required under 3 AAC 26.610, .615, and .630 directly to an individual described in .715(d), the licensee shall provide the privacy notices to the plan sponsor, group or blanket insurance policyholder, group annuity contract holder, or workers' compensation policyholder in the manner described in .610 - .630. (b) The privacy notice provided under (a) of this section must describe the licensee's privacy practices with respect to nonpublic personal financial information about individuals covered under the policies, contracts, or plans.
