NAC 116A.115 Prerequisites for certificate or temporary certificate: Minimum age; natural person. ( NRS 116A.200 , 116A.410 ) 1. An application for a certificate or temporary certificate will not be accepted from a person under the age of 17 years. 2. A certificate or temporary certificate may only be issued to: (a) A person 18 years of age or older. (b) A natural person.
