3 CSR 10-4.145 Preparing and Serving Wildlife PURPOSE: This rule provides for preparing and serving wildlife as food and for exchanging certain raw fish for processed fish. (1) Any person possessing wildlife legally may serve it in his/her home or camp, or deliver it in person to any place customarily engaged in serving food and, within seven (7) days of delivery, may have it prepared and returned to him/her. The wildlife shall be labeled with the full name and address, or Conservation Number, and where required, permit number or for black bears, deer, elk, and turkeys, Telecheck confirmation number of the taker and this information, together with the species and number of wildlife and the date of delivery, shall be recorded by the recipient. (2) Carp, sucker, buffalo and drum may be delivered to a commercial processor and exchanged for processed fish. AUTHORITY: sections 40 and 45 of Art. IV, Mo. Const.
