Prehearing conference

NAC 90.577 Prehearing conference. ( NRS 90.750 , 233B.050 ) 1. Before a hearing, the Administrator may issue an order for a prehearing conference. 2. The order described in subsection 1 must provide: (a) The time and place of the prehearing conference; and (b) The issues to be resolved at the prehearing conference. 3. The Administrator may enter any reasonable order governing the conduct of the prehearing conference, including, without limitation, authorizing a party, for good cause shown, to attend the prehearing conference by telephone. 4. If a party is represented by counsel, the counsel must be present at the prehearing conference. (Added to NAC by Sec’y of State by R018-21, eff. 6-2-2023)
