011. POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS 011.01 ALLOWANCE AND PROCEDURES. Each Area Agency on Aging operating a meal site must allow individuals to take away foods that are not potentially hazardous. Centers should have a visible sign that discourages the removal of potentially hazardous foods located at the meal site.

Potentially hazardous foods are defined by the Nebraska Food Code.
