(1) Each facility must have proper toilet and plumbing facilities connected to a municipal sewage system or properly designed and constructed individual sewage system approved by the city, county, or state health department and an adequate supply of hot and cold running water in accordance with recognized health standards. (2) Shops licensed after the adoption date of this rule must have a sink separate from the restroom sink in which to clean implements and perform other barbering services. Authority: O.C.G.A.
