(1) A field shall consist of a planting of a single variety and lot number, distinctly separated by water lines, field roads, or the skipping of at least two planter rows. (2) Every field must be staked at time of planting showing the name of the grower, field number, variety, lot number, source of seed, and acreage. (3) Minimum distance between rows in the field shall be 12 inches for pepper and tomato plants. Authority: O.C.G.A. Secs. 2-7-1 et seq. , 2-7-23 . History. Original Rule entitled "Planting" adopted.
