Acp 217.01 Petition for Rulemaking. (a) Any person may request the board to commence a proceeding for the purpose of adopting, amending, or repealing a rule by filing a written petition that contains: (1) A statement of the petitioner’s request for the proposed rule; (2) The text of the proposed rule or a statement of the particular results intended by the petitioner’s interest in the subject matter of the proposed rule; (3) An identification of the particular rule sought to be amended or repealed; (4) Any data or argument the petitioner believes would be useful to the board in deciding whether to commence a rulemaking proceeding; and (5) Name, address, signature of petitioner and date.
