In lieu of the words “agency, at (designate office)” insert “Secretary of Agriculture at the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319”. In lieu of the words “(AGENCY NAME)”, the heading on the petition should read: BEFORE THE SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND LAND STEWARDSHIP
