Permit

12:10:03:05. Permit. After an application is approved by the board, the rodeo stock transportation permit is effective upon: (1) An ownership inspection of the rodeo stock; (2) Documentation by the inspector of the additional means of permanent, individual identification of the rodeo stock; (3) Endorsement of the permit by the inspector; (4) Payment of the fee for the permit; (5) Payment of the ownership inspection fee; and (6) Payment of the mileage fee. A copy of the inspection certificate must be attached to the permit, and a copy of the permit must accompany the rodeo stock during transportation.
