A. The board may impose a civil penalty of up to $50,000 for each violation of the provisions of the Act or rules. B. The board may revoke the designation of a certified market participant and terminate the cooperative agreement if there is a violation of the Act or rules. C. Civil penalties shall be assessed only be a ruling of the board after an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with the Louisiana Administrative Procedure Act.
