A. Any person, corporation or other organization violating the provisions of the Chapter may be fined not less than $25 or more than $500, as provided by Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, Title 3, Section 3:413. B. Product mislabeled shall have a stop sale placed on it until it is properly labeled, as determined by an employee of the state Poultry and Egg Division.
