Payment of claims for transferred mineral interests

Authority: IC 32-34-1.5-87 Affected: IC 32-34-1.5 Sec. 14. When a claim is paid on a mineral interest that has been sold by the owner or the heir, all monies reported to the attorney general before the date of delivery of deed shall be paid to the grantor. Monies reported after the date of delivery of deed shall be paid to the grantee.
