Authority: IC 5-10.5-4-2 Affected: IC 5-10.4-4-4 Sec. 8. A member who terminated covered Indiana employment prior to July 1, 1981, performed creditable service outside of the state of Indiana, and subsequently returned to teaching in Indiana, may use prior Indiana service to satisfy the requirement that the member have ten (10) years of Indiana service before credit may be claimed.
