Out-of-state poultry

Poultry dealers importing poultry into Virginia shall comply with the health requirements governing the admission of poultry into Virginia, 2VAC5-140-90 , as well as the requirements of this chapter. The dealer shall deliver a copy of the official health certificate to the final purchaser. Statutory Authority: §§ 3.2-6002 , 3.2-5902 , and 3.2-6011 of the Code of Virginia.
