Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
When so required, the petitioner or applicant shall furnish and make available for the use of the Treasurer the original books, papers, and documents from which any evidence supporting the granting of the petition or application is derived. Failure to furnish records as directed may be grounds for rejecting any component and, if appropriate, for the entry of a decision denying the petition or application. (Effective December 28, 1993)
