Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
The members of the Commission shall be appointed in accordance with the Provisions of Section 7-323k of the General Statutes to which reference may be had. In addition, the Commission shall annually select from among its members a chairman, a vice-chairman and a secretary who shall have the duties and responsibilities ordinarily attendant to such positions. (Effective June 14, 1977)
