A. The order of business for all meetings shall be as follows: 1. roll call; 2. reading and approval of minutes of preceding meeting; 3. reports of officers; 4. reports of committees or task forces; 5. unfinished business; 6. public comment; 7. new business; B. The board shall receive public comments from interested individuals who have submitted cards requesting time to speak regarding an agenda item before the board, prior to taking a vote on such item. The board may also allow for public comments at other times during a board meeting. AUTHORITY NOTE: Promulgated in accordance with R.S. 49:220.1 et seq.
