Operating Standards -- Therapeutically Similar Drug Products

(1) The Division shall maintain the list of therapeutically similar drug products under Subsection 58-17b-605(9)(a) on the Division's website at https://dopl.utah.gov/pharm. (2) The Division may not add or remove a therapeutically similar drug product from the list without specific resolutions, passed by both the Board and the Medical Licensing Board, stating that they do not object to the addition or removal of the therapeutically similar drug.
