Field Inspections. Two field inspections shall be made, one after seed heads are formed and one at harvest. C. Handling and Storage of Bulbs 1. Bulbs must be inspected once at harvest and once in a storage house prior to planting, except that when a grower follows a seed-to-seed system, no bulb inspection shall be necessary. 2. Bulbs of any class must be free from decay; uniform in size, shape, and color; and not to exceed one-half of 1 percent varietal mixture. D.
