§13-100-1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless otherwise provided: "O'opu" means the members of the family Gobiidae known as the o'opu nakea (Awaous stamineus), o'opu naniha (A. genevittatus), o'opu nopili (Sicyopterus stimpsoni), and o'opu alamo'o (Lentipes concolor). §13-100-2 Prohibited activities. No person shall: (1) Fish for, catch, take, injure, or kill any o'opu or hinana with any gill, draw, drag, cross or seine net; (2) Possess any gill, draw, drag, cross or seine net on or about the river/stream bank or in the water where o'opu or hinana can be taken; and (3) Sell, or offer for sale, any o'opu or hinana, provided that any o'opu or hinana raised in private ponds or waters may be harvested and sold. §13-100-3 Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided
