Numerical finding aids

(a) An issue of the Bulletin shall carry a numerical list of the sections of the Code expressly affected by the documents published in the issue. Beginning with the second issue of a quarter, an issue shall also carry a cumulated list of the sections of the Code affected by documents published during that quarter. (b) Quarterly codification guides shall be separately published during a calendar year.
