80-1-22-.21 Notification Required After The Occurrence Of An Emergency. Persons in charge of any establishment that stores, distributes, or exposes for sale any food, drugs or cosmetics in the event of a fire, flood, storm, extended power outage, or a similar significant occurrence that creates a reasonable probability that the products involved may become contaminated or adulterated shall immediately, in the event of such emergency, notify the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries or his agents involved in food, drug or cosmetic regulations of such occurrence.
