(1) Agency managers shall notify all applicants of their status in the selection process. (2) As provided in ARM 2.21.1428 , Hiring Decision (Persons with Disabilities Employment Preference policy) and 2.21.3617 , Hiring Decision (Veterans' Employment Preference policy), when an applicant claims an employment preference, agency managers shall: (a) provide the applicant a written notice of the hiring decision; and (b) maintain a record of the notification and date sent.
