(1) After review and evaluation of applications, Business Oregon will select awardee(s) and issue a Notice of Intent to Award that will include the amount of the conditional award to recipient organization(s). (2) Awards will be contingent upon the development and execution of a grant agreement that includes a mutually agreeable scope of work, budget, and performance metrics and targets tailored to the Project. (3) Business Oregon reserves the right to make funding awards for less than the amount requested by an applicant. (4) Business Oregon also reserves the right to adjust the amount of funding noticed and negotiate modifications to the applicant’s proposed project and budget prior to the execution of a grant agreement and related legal documents for the award.
