All domestic cervidae that die on a ranch or are sent to slaughter must be reported to the Department except for calves that died prior to being reported on an annual inventory. (3-15-22) 01. A complete and accurate copy of all CWD sample submission forms/death certificates must be submitted to the division on a form approved by the Administrator no later than Dec. 31st in the calendar year the animal died.
