Kansas Administrative Regulations
(a) Each notary public shall retain that notary public's records of notarial acts in a journal under the notary public's sole control. (b) Each notary public's records of notarial acts shall be capable of being produced in a tangible medium when requested. (Authorized by K.S.A. 2022 Supp. 53-5a27 ; implementing K.S.A. 2022 Supp.
