Nonstandardized Frozen Desserts and Mixes

Non-standardized frozen desserts and nonstandardized frozen dessert mixes are products that are not subject to the provisions of the Standards of Identity found at 21 CFR, Part 135 . Nonstandardized frozen desserts and mixes shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations administered by the Georgia Department of Agriculture, Dairy Division. Authority: Ga.
