3 CSR 10-5.552 Nonresident Firearms Antlerless Deer Hunting Permit PURPOSE: This rule establishes a nonresident firearms first bonus deer hunting permit. Nonresident Firearms Antlerless Deer Hunting Permit. To pursue, take, possess, and transport one (1) antlerless deer during the firearms deer hunting season. A Nonresident Firearms Any- Deer Hunting Permit, Nonresident Managed Deer Hunting Permit, or a Nonresident Landowner Firearms Any-Deer Hunting Permit is required as a prerequisite to this permit.
