NONCONFORMING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND SUPPORTING DATA

Should the plans, specifications, and supporting data not conform with parts 1350.0100 to 1350.6900 and the code, the applicant shall be notified in writing by the commissioner. Should the applicant fail to submit corrected information in accordance with the commissioner's request, the application will be deemed abandoned and all fees due will be forfeited to the state.
