R4-16-509. Non-disciplinary Consent Agreement The executive director may enter into a consent agreement under A.R.S. § 32-1451(F) with a physician to limit the physician’s practice or rehabilitate the physician if there is evidence that a licensee is mentally or physically unable to engage safely in the practice of medicine and the investigative staff, supervising medical consultant, and lead Board member concur after review of the case that a consent agreement is appropriate.
