In the case of a displaced homeowner who is required to move from a one-family unit of a multifamily building which he owns, the replacement housing payment shall be based on the cost of a comparable one family unit in a multifamily building on a single-family structure, without regard for the number of units in the building being acquired. (Effective April 30, 1975)
