ATCP 10.77 Moving goats in Wisconsin. (1) Except as provided in sub. (2), no person may sell or move a goat within this state unless that goat bears an official individual identification. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to any of the following: (a) A neutered goat under 12 months old. (b) A goat under 12 months old that is shipped directly to a slaughtering establishment for slaughter. History: CR 06-009: cr. Register September 2006 No. 609, eff. 10-1-06.
