Motor vehicle fluids; hazardous materials

Rule 21. Sections 22.2 and 22.8 of chapter 22 of the code are deleted and sections 22.9.1 and 22.9.2.3 of chapter 22 of the code are amended to read as follows: 22.2 Deleted. 22.8 Deleted. 22.9.1 General. The storage, use, and handling of motor vehicle fluids and hazardous materials shall be in accordance with rules promulgated under the act. 22.9.2.3 Flammable and combustible liquids shall be stored and handled in accordance with rules promulgated under the act.
