1 CSR 15-3.480 Motions PURPOSE: This rule describes how a party may obtain oral argument or an evidentiary hearing on a motion. The commission may rule upon any motion filed with it on the basis of the record before it and without oral argument. The commission shall hear oral argument or evidence only upon a party’s written motion and for good cause shown or upon the commission’s own motion. The commission need not rule on a motion that does not clearly request action by the commission.
