Minimum standards

Minimum acceptable standards for limitation of coverage for attorney fees taxable against an insured under Alaska Rule of Civil Procedure 82 and disclosure are established under 3 AAC 26.510 - 3 AAC 26.559 for all policies written on risks in this state or relative to a subject resident, located or to be performed in this state.
