Minimum requirements to be an individual reviewer.

To be an individual reviewer, each person shall meet both of the following qualifications: (a) Have a current professional engineer's license from the Kansas state board of technical professions; and (a) have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in the area for which approval is sought.
