New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules
Adm 1002.08 "Minimum liability for legal expenses" means the sum of money ordered by the presiding judge to be repaid the state by a defendant for whom counsel has been appointed, exclusive of any additional liability incurred as a result of orders for state payment of defense services other than counsel and for state payment of expenses.
